Are you struggling with a pooch belly that won't go away even after
trying a rigorous fat-loss program?
Perhaps there's another factor that contributes to the appearance
of the pooch belly that you're not addressing.
In this video, you will learn about a neuromuscular solution that
will help reduce the pooch belly.
If the pelvic floor is descending and the upper abs are
contracting, the guts will move more down and forward, giving the
appearance of a pooch belly. So, we need exercises that increase
muscle activity of the pelvic floor but relax the upper abs.
That's where elevated frog breathing comes in. This exercise
requires you to breathe silently while pushing the elbows down,
allowing your entire torso to move, and your lower abs to move away
with the exhale.
If done correctly, it can help reduce the appearance of the pooch
belly. Watch the video to learn more about the theory behind it and
how to perform the exercise correctly.
